Bio: I generally write about fitness and health related topics. I also include weekly news topics and brief thoughts on whatever book or articles I might be focusing on. If you'd like some workout routines, check out the fitness category. I do personal training and I like to share my routines, but please be advise I am not responsible for you if you get injured.
